Use Insurance City in AI assistants
You can work with Insurance City from ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or any app that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol). Ask your assistant about California general liability, workers' comp, contractor license bonds, commercial auto, landlord DP-3, home or auto insurance, and it can answer from our own information, in English or Spanish.

What your assistant can do
- List the insurance products and services we offer in California, with the page for each.
- Give our three offices (Stockton, San Jose, San Rafael), hours and phone.
- Point you to the right place to get a quote: online, by phone or WhatsApp.
- Start a quote right in the chat: the assistant asks the same questions our agents ask (vehicles, drivers, property, or your business), then sends your application to a licensed agent who prices it with our carriers and contacts you, usually the same business day. The assistant is AI, not a person; a licensed agent reviews everything.
- Search our California guides: contractor bonds, workers' comp, landlord DP-3, FAIR Plan, commercial costs and more.
- When you ask it to, send your name and phone or email to a licensed agent, who contacts you, usually the same business day.
How to connect
Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the address above.
ChatGPT: turn on Developer mode in Settings, create a new connector (app) and paste the address above.

Privacy and safety
- Never share Social Security, driver's license, bank or card numbers in chat. A licensed agent collects anything sensitive directly and securely.
- Your contact details are only sent when you ask to be contacted.
- Prices are not quoted in chat, and nothing is bound or purchased through an assistant. The chat never asks for your driver's license number, date of birth, SSN, bank or card numbers.
